Whether you are new to hospital medicine, to SHM, or just new to the SHM Converge experience, we want you to feel prepared and ready to get the most out of your time at the conference.

Arrive a day early (March 30) to participate in immersive half- or full-day learning experiences designed for interaction, collaboration, and practical skill development covering high-impact topics like AI, POCUS, and more. Please note, pre-courses are additional and are not included in registration.

Upon Arrival

When you arrive at Mandalay Bay:

Visit the Attendee Registration area, which is located on Level 2 of the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center.

Pick up your badge and SHM Converge conference tote from Attendee Registration.

Stop by the ribbon wall and grab a first-time attendee ribbon for your lanyard so others can easily connect with you.

Familiarize yourself with the venue layout and locate the rooms for your preferred sessions.

Identify quiet spaces, charging areas, lounges, the Main Stage, and other key areas.

  • Complete your session evaluations and claim your CME credit.

  • If you took advantage of the Full Experience, view the sessions you missed or rewatch some of the sessions you attended through Converge On Demand. Recorded sessions are available through 2030.
