SHM Converge registrations are unable to be deferred.
Notice of cancellation for SHM Converge, On Demand, and/or Pre-Courses must be made in writing via mail, fax or email. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
If requesting cancellation of both Converge 2027 and a Pre-Course, only (1) administrative fee will be applied following the Converge 2027 fee schedule.
Note, if you are unable to attend the Pre-Course taking place on March 30th the refund policy still applies.
