MIDDAY RESET: A GUIDED PAUSE FOR CALM AND CLARITY
This brief, guided reset offers a chance to step out of the momentum and recalibrate — even for a few minutes. Together, we’ll slow things down just enough to support nervous-system regulation, clear mental noise, and return to a steadier, more focused state. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or have never tried it, this session is designed to be practical and accessible. Rachel breaks the practice into simple, usable steps that can be applied well beyond the session itself — in the middle of work, conversations, or moments of pressure — to help you reset your physiology and think clearly when it matters most.
