Looking to claim your CME credits?

  1. Fill out your Credit Profile by going to the “Credits” icon in the mobile app or at shmconverge.org/webapp (without this you will not be able to claim a certificate).
  2. Navigate through the Agenda & Presentations button to the session you are evaluating.
  3. Click the Evaluation icon from the session page and answer all required questions.
  4. Your sessions will appear under Completed Sessions in the Task List, and sessions can be removed if you evaluated them by mistake. Each completed session will tally the associated credit amount.
  5. After evaluating each of your attended sessions, please complete the Overall Meeting Evaluation.
  6. Claim and save your certificate. Please note that your credits are not reported until you complete this task.

Credit Statement

Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Statement

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 54.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
