Cancellations & Refunds
Notice of cancellation for SHM Converge and/or Advanced Learning Courses must be made in writing via mail, fax or email. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
SHM Memberships are a non-refundable item.
SHM Converge registrations are unable to be deferred.
Refunds for cancellations provided using the following schedule:
Full Refund (less $75 administrative fee) May 31, 2024 – February 13, 2025
Full Refund (less $150 administrative fee) Between February 14 – March 25, 2025
No Refund After March 25, 2025
