ACCREDITATION STATEMENTS

The Society of Hospital Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education
(ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AAFP Credit Statement

The AAFP has reviewed SHM Converge 2026 and deemed it acceptable for up to 20.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 03/30/2026 to 04/01/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

ABP MOC Credit Statement

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn up to 3.5 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit.

ABIM MOC Credit Statement

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 20.00 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

AOA Credit Statement

The American Osteopathic Association (AOA) has approved the program of the Society of Hospital Medicine for 20.00 AOA Category 2-A CME credits.
