Mask Policy

While onsite at Converge, SHM encourages mask wearing. We will continue to follow CDC Guidelines and Recommendations for Davidson County, TN. You can view the current guidelines by clicking here.

Vaccination Policy

SHM requires all attendees, guests, faculty, staff, and industry partners to be fully vaccinated by March 23, 2022, with a complete COVID-19 vaccination series authorized as safe and effective by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO). SHM will validate the vaccination status of all guests prior to arrival.
